Integration - Mixed Practice
Here's a worksheet with 32 integration practice problems Links to an external site. that can all be done using what you learned in Calculus 1 (and other prerequisite courses).
Some of these problems are quite challenging and some were chosen to briefly review a specific algebra skill. Look for opportunities to:
- factor a polynomial
- square a binomial
- complete the square
- do polynomial long division
There are some definite integrals and some indefinite integrals. You'll find a group of problems that are mostly "natural logarithm" forms and a group of problems that are mostly "inverse tangent" forms. The more practice you get with recognizing the different forms, the better off you will be in Calculus 2!
